It is my desire through this blog not only to share excerpts of my personal journey back to restoration of health, body, soul and spirit but to share a digest of informative articles, research links, products, and recipes that were a great help to me along the way. My journey has been one of self education and doctoring because I didn’t have the advantage of a financially stable life to afford conventional medical care which in the end opened up a whole new opportunity of discovery for me.
My life has been characterized by survival since the time I was a preemie in an incubator to my present day. I have had to work hard for everything I have ever gained and lost but it has afforded me more knowledge and wisdom along the way which I would like to share with whomever it may bless. It is my hope that this blog will be both useful and enlightening as well as not all so completely serious!! Until my next post, thanks for listening!
